Acentic Makes A Splash In MEA –
Hospitality tech company set to go big in this region with a Dubai-based office

Tech company Acentic, which has been delivering its solutions to the industry since 1979, is now set to make its mark in the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region with it’s new offices and infrastructure cased out of Dubai, UAE.

With technology created by its R&D teams, the company has already established itself in Europe, and has been growing steadily over the years based on its excellent relationships with global key accounts that include the likes of Marriott International and Hilton.

Acentic Technology regional VP Carl Ward explained that in order to meet regional demands effectively, the company established a direct business entity in Dubai, located in Silicon Oasis. It was established in Q4 2016, and currently has a team of 12 high-level industry professionals who will cover the Middle East & Africa.

Ward commented: “The MEA region is an important focal point for Acentic representing exciting growth potential across the hotel, leisure and public space sectors. We are proud to be engaged with the most of the global hotel chains [that includes Marriott International, Hilton, InterContinental Hotel Group (IHG), Sun International, Kerzner, and more] in addition to major owning companies such as Al Hokair Group.

“With arguably the most comprehensive and advanced solution sets, we are delivering – to an ‘always connected world’ – turnkey networking solutions with post-installation managed services.”

These include: High Speed Internet Access (HSIA), combining user connectivity for hotel properties, conference venues, public space and retail wifi environments. With a unique real time cloud reporting management dashboard and control console, multiple sites can be managed on the go from any device.

Additionally the Acentic Panorama Next Generation interactive IPTV solution delivers screen casting and seamless content sharing for content viewing via guests’ own personal device.

Ward added: “The Acentic technology and service proposition offers business and hospitality providers of every size, end-to-end turnkey solutions. Our commitment to excellence is underpinned by our 24-hour, seven days a week service support, providing our clients with peace of mind.”

While mindful of its success stories so far, and recognising that Acentic has an exciting journey ahead as it secures new projects throughout the region, Ward concluded: “Being at the forefront of the ‘always connected’ global demand and with new opportunities presenting themselves in the public space environments, we look forward to continuing to serve with passion and professionalism.

“It is our aim to be number one in the region and this will take a concentrated effort to achieve. A real challenge but one that the whole team is committed to.”
