Crowne Plaza London Heathrow

Acentic Media worked with Crowne Plaza London Heathrow’s sales & marketing team to promote F&B offers and special events inside the hotel using Acentic’s in room entertainment system.  The client’s objective was to drive revenue internally through the hotel’s residents.

Acentic’s in-house design team started the project by building a customised interface which is able to allocate a specific Guest User Interface (GUI) for all guests checking into the Crowne Plaza London Heathrow. The hotel marketing team shared with Acentic all the existing creative assets for the various promotions they wanted to run.  This ensured a consistent brand look and feel to the campaign.  Acentic was able to channel the promotions across all 465 High Definition LCD TV screens throughout the hotel.
