Acentic Media was approached by Heathrow Retail to promote its Heathrow Shopping features to guests staying in London and hotels local to Heathrow. Heathrow Retail wanted to promote its new “Reserve and collect” service in Terminals 1 to 5 of Heathrow Airport.

Acentic designed a campaign using its in room entertainment solution hotel partner, Acentic Media. It was able to commission some 9,500 rooms from a collection of thirty 4 and 5 star hotels from Acentic’s London portfolio. A Heathrow Retail Guest User Interface was created which enabled guests to be targeted through the in-room TVs. The service was advertised on a branded channel (with a dedicated button) featuring a video, a selection of promotional images and text. Over one month (August to September) the campaign delivered over 850,000+ impressions.
