As Service Delivery Manager you will fulfil substantially an After-Sales role, serving full circle from project delivery to contract lifecycle management.
You will be responsible for the delivery of key client projects for the duration of the contract with the goal of delivering on time, within budget and scope.
Within the customer base in your region, you will be required to interact with all customers to process responses to sales inquiries, requests about products,
