Clients and associates of VOD Media and Acentic were challenged to take to the wheel in a ‘Top Gear’ style AMG Driving Academy experience at the Zwartkops Raceway, Pretoria this month.
The corporate race day, organised by VOD Media in association with Samsung and Acentic, gave guests and aspiring petrolheads the unique chance to enjoy testing the latest range of Mercedes Benz AMG high performance vehicles including the A45 ‘pocket rocket’, the V8-Bi-turbo C63 and the GTS Supercar.
Sean Murray, Chief Operating Officer of VOD Media, Acentic’s African partner said: “Just like motor racing, the hospitality technology business is moving at incredible speed. The driving experience day was not only the perfect excuse to drive world class supercars in a safe and controlled environment but an excellent opportunity to meet up with some of our very valuable hospitality partners. It would be true to say we gotvery competitive and I, for one, particularly enjoyed the skid pan exercise.”
